Start Leading Today: Unleash the Power of Allyship to Build Stronger, More Inclusive Teams
Do you, as a leader, ever wonder if you're doing enough to build a team that is cohesive and collaborative? Initiating and navigating difficult conversations around conflicts, bias, and cultural awareness is essential to building a cohesive, high-performing team, but it’s challenging work. Feeling uncertain about how to guide your team through these issues is a common experience for many leaders today.
Perhaps you’ve invested in leadership or diversity training programs, but haven’t seen the level of transformation you anticipated. Unconscious biases may still be impacting team dynamics, or your team might not yet have the cultural awareness needed to thrive in today’s diverse workplace.

Our inclusive culture platform is led by a diverse group of multicultural and multilingual thought leaders, dedicated to helping leaders like you create workplaces where cultural intelligence thrives, and every team member feels seen and valued.
We specialize in crafting brave spaces for learning and unlearning. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to lead with empathy and accountability, fostering a culture where every team member can show up authentically and thrive. Through transformative experiences and thought-provoking content, we support leaders in addressing biases, raising awareness, and creating environments where every voice is heard.

Daphne is an incredibly talented speaker—professional and detail-oriented. The feedback from my attendees was extremely positive. She led a fantastic Q&A session at the end of her presentation, where every single attendee felt they were in a safe and supportive environment to learn. From the time I met her, I knew I had to have her speak at my Women in Business Conference. Thank you, Daphne, for making a big impact on my community of female entrepreneurs.

Daphne Magna worked with LifeSpeak to create a series of micro-learning videos on tackling anti-back racism through action and allyship. Daphne is a dynamic and confident speaker, and the insights she shared on our platform are both informative and compelling. Her videos have resonated deeply with our end users.
- MARIANNE Wisenthal, Director of Content
Daphne led our team, both board members and volunteers, through a thoughtful and well-researched discussion on the benefits of becoming a more inclusive organization.
Her skillful leadership and experience helped create a safe space for all attendees to reflect on what we are doing well as an organization and where we can make improvements, while still leaving room for some tough conversations to take place. Attendees were grateful for having the opportunity to reflect on our organization’s role within the science education community. Our leadership is now examining the next steps to make science education more inclusive and innovative.

After going through the online workshop you developed with Seneca college, “Taking the Unconscious Out of Bias,” I haven’t stopped thinking about it - it was so moving and thought-provoking. When you asked, “What is your experience with bias?”—that was the moment I realized I’m a proud and passionate Canadian, yet I barely know Canada. You were bang-on! I felt uncomfortable! As a result, I have set some personal goals and will make a concise effort to identify and eliminate my bias. I enrolled in a course at the University of Alberta, and I look forward to doing my part to learn more about another group. Who knows where this will all take me!
